Delicious ready-to-cook risotto


This Priméal porcini risotto is made with arborio rice, a variety of Italian rice specially adapted for risotto. Each grain in this recipe is infused with the flavor of the porcini mushroom. The final mixture is creamy while remaining crunchy.

Indication

This bag contains 4 to 5 portions of porcini risotto.

Use

  • Quick implementation: pour the sachet into 1 high-sided sauté pan with 850 ml of hot water. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes over moderate heat, stirring regularly until the water is completely absorbed.
  • Classic implementation: fry a finely chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the mixture, stir well then pour half a glass of white wine. Let sweat then pour 850 ml and continue cooking. If you wish, add Parmesan or almond powder at the end of cooking for a vegan version.
